Honeycrisp Apples are one of America's favorites thanks to their crisp, crunchy exterior and sweet, juicy interior. They are disease resistant, so it doesn't need harsh chemicals or sprays. They are also heavy producers once established. These trees are not self-pollinating. They will need planted with another species with similar bloom time. (Would pair well with Mcintosh Apple). They benefit from yearly fertilizing after established and good moist-well-draining soil.

Famous for its light, tangy flavor and distinctive red skin. This variety ripens early in the season so you will get fruit sooner than other varieties. Fairly disease resistant so you won't have to worry about spraying your trees with chemicals or pesticides. Commonly used for cooking, desserts, storage and applesauce.

This variety is known to be extremely cold hardy with a unique, sweet flavor. They are very juicy, sweet and crispy with a hint of vanilla flavor. They are not self-pollinating and will need to be planted with another similar bloom time tree. Usually takes 3-4 years before supplying large quantities of apples. They are fireblight and apple scab resistant. Like other apple trees they take to regularly watering after established with fertilization in the spring. Pruning can be done for shaping if needed.​​

Peaches in East Idaho will require a little more effort. However, the reliance variety is one of the hardiest one. During winter it will help to wrap the trunks, cover the tree with a frost cover, and mulch the roots. They also will need sprayed regularly due to green peach aphids which can affect potato crops. Peach trees are self-pollinating so they can be planted alone. The fruit is medium-to-large with a sweet peachy flavor.

Luscious Pear is very similar to the famous Bartlett variety. The pears are sweet, juicy, medium-sized with smooth, melting flesh. They are cold hardy, easy to care for, produce a bountiful harvest, and are fireblight resistant. Like most pears trees they have gorgeous white flowers that emerge in May. Luscious is a poor self-pollinator and will need planted with one other tree of similar bloom time. They are less picky to soil type, benefit from yearly fertilization and can be pruned if needed. Most trees require 3-5 years before great fruit production.

Parker pear trees have showy white flowers in spring followed by a tasty medium- sized reddish-brown fruit that ripens in late summer. They have a very fine, grained textured skin. These are great for baking, storing and eating. Like other pears, the tree tends to grow in an upright form and are not self-pollinating so they will need planted with another similar bloom time fruit tree. Fireblight can affect pear trees. The trees benefit from yearly fertilization and evenly, moist, well-drained soil. Pruning can be done throughout the season and in late winter if needed.

Very hardy and easy to grow European plum. They produce large, deep blue, sweet and juicy plums. Excellent for fresh eating, canning, drying or freezing. Blue plums are usually self-pollinating and can be planted alone. They usually bear fruit in 2-3 years after planting. They appreciate fertilization, moist, well-drained soil but are highly adatable after established.

One of the best plums on the market today. It is an American/Japanese cross that produces sweet and juicy plums with yellow flesh. Ideal for eating fresh off the tree, jams and jellies. They often can set fruit the first year and will give you consistent performance year after year. This variety will require another tree with similar bloom time for adequate pollination. They are widely adaptable, cold hardy and can do well in higher altitudes.

Toka plums, also known as bubblegum plums, were bred to withstand colder temperatures. White, fragrant blossoms in the spring yield a magenta fruit with a matte skin. They are sweet and juicy with bright red flesh that tastes like bubblegum. This tree is self-pollinating and does not require a second fruiting tree. They are easy to grow and highly adaptable once established. They typically need 2-3 years before produces heavy crop.
